About this contract

The contract will be for six weeks during the schools summer holidays 2019. Site visits can be arranged by contacting Phil Lawrence MRICS, Senior Project Manager, Education Capital Team, Bristol City Council, 07881 037801 or Philip.lawrence@bristol.gov.uk Monday 13th May 2019 until Friday 24th May 2019. The Council wishes to appoint a provider for the internal refurbishment to create additional space at St Werburgh's Primary School, James St, Bristol BS2 9US. The council is wising to procure a Principal Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works, as per the specification and drawings and in accordance with the JCT 2016 Minor Works contract including Schedule of Amendments.
