About this contract

The overarching aim of the evaluation is to understand the impact of the service, both to help drive continuous service improvement, and provide a summary of this impact to help support in reaching out to future partners and funders. The evaluation should focus on the period where the project was funded by the Khoo Teck UK foundation between October 2015 and August 2018. Data is available to assess this period from September 2015 to date, although the evaluation should take into account information from other periods where relevant. It is expected any evaluation will assess how well the programme achieved the different core project outcomes, as well as the overall impact to service users and how delivery of the service can evidence cost savings within the Health & Social Care system and return on investment. BRC would also be interested in evaluations that contained elements of process evaluation identifying whether the service was delivered as intended, and how the team worked on the ground.
