About this contract

PoJ requires the refurbishment of the St Helier Marina Facilities on the New North Quay, Jersey Channel Islands. To provide a quality facility for users and to maintain our 5 Gold Anchors status. The female toilets and shower facilities were refurnished approximately 10 years ago so only require a light refurbishment, the male toilet and shower facilities are original 80's build so need a complete refurbishment.
