About this contract

To improve quality of life for carers in Derbyshire through early identification and recognition of carers and joined up personalised support for both the carer and the cared-for person. By providing effective support for carers, we will improve the carer's quality of life, reduce incidents of poor mental health and physical injuries and support carers to further their education, careers, and other interests.
