About this contract

The Royal Borough of Greenwich are looking for an experienced Service Provider to undertake the servicing, maintenance and repair of communal heating and associated mechanical plant. The Contract Period is initially for a period of five 5 years although Royal Greenwich reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to five 5 years making a total possible Contract Period of ten [10] years Additional information: Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents.
