About this contract

West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) have recently taken back possession of a property in Tavistock which is covenanted for use to support residential accommodation for homeless persons. Recent survey work has identified that the property is suffering a number of structural defects and that historic alteratons have made the current layout outdated and unfit for purpose. WDBC is therefore seeking to appoint a Consultant to undertake the design, acting as Principal Designer, of a new modern and purpose built facility to provide accommodation to support homelessness prevention.
