About this contract

NY Highways (the Client) wishes to award a framework agreement for one contractor to deliver permanent road repairs by spray injection patching. The aim of the framework is to ensure that the Client can access a quick, safe, reliable and cost-effective road repair solution, to ensure that highways are safe and reliable for all users. The Agreement will be for a period of 24 months with the provision to extend by one or more periods of extension providing such periods of extension do not exceed 24 months in total. The Client makes no guarantees regarding work volumes or annual contract values. Whilst this tender is being undertaken by North Yorkshire Council, NY Highways will be responsible for the management of the Contract.
