However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The budget for this requirement is a 30 month programme and is anticipated to be within the range £750,000 - £900,000 excluding VAT; with £150,000 - £180,000 allocated to fiscal year 2016 - 2017 and £300,000 - £360,000 allocated for fiscal years 2017 - 2018 and 2018 - 2019. Total expenditure will depend on the frequency of work requirements, their scope and value. Subject to securing the necessary funds, there may be the potential to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions, including expenditure estimates, for a period of up to 24 months, subject to the agreement of the appointed contractor.
