About this contract

NHS England is seeking quotes for a property surveying company to assist the GP Commissioning Team with specialist independent surveyor support for GP premises, to support the application of the Premises Cost Directions for both the Premises Panel and the Estates Technology and Transformation Fund (ETTF) work programme. The contract is to support the work of NHS England across Kent, Medway, Sussex and Surrey. Within the geographical area there are circa 550 GP contracts and 725 surgery sites. 48% are owner-occupier and 52% leasehold premises rental.
