About this contract

Oldham Council intends to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to support the home to school transport service for children and young people with special educational needs throughout the academic year. The overall objective of the DPS is to provide travel assistance for pupils who became of their special educational needs, disability or mobility difficulties cannot reasonably be expected to walk to their nearest qualifying school.
