About this contract

Suffolk Costal District Council and Waveney District Council are commissioning a Social Prescribing service which will establish a bridging framework between individuals and the appropriate service for their (non-clinical) needs by providing 15 Community Connectors in six Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) across Mid and East Suffolk. The Supplier Engagement Day will take place 2pm 6 December 2018 at East Suffolk House, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, IP12 1RT.
