About this contract

The Social Isolation and Loneliness Prevention Service will be for adults experiencing or at risk of social isolation. It will aim to alleviate people's loneliness and isolation by supporting, signposting, and connecting them with community groups in their local area as well as providing a portfolio of advice and offering support to individuals to engage in volunteering opportunities. The aim of this service is to target and address social isolation in individuals who are over 18 years of age and identified as being at risk of, or suffering from social isolation, lack of social contact and low levels of community involvement.
