About this contract

Historic England is looking to appoint a Lead Architect for repair and consolidation works to Snodhill Castle Ruins. Role includes procurement of domestic sub-consultants; Structural Engineer, Ecologist, Archaeologist. Services required are to undertake a full condition survey & report in order to inform and progress with appointing and completing contract works for an agreed scope of urgent repairs in conjunction with the full design team based upon secured grant funding. Note: The Quantity Surveryors have already been appointed. Access to the site is under licence with the Vivat Trust (grantee) and adjacent land owner.
