About this contract

Buckinghamshire Health Care NHS Trust operates two main acute sites and a range of community sites. The Trust suffers damage to their premises, principally to car parking infrastructure such as electronic gates, bollards, fences and buildings. Currently any damage is repaired and funded out of maintenance budgets. Records are kept of incidents but there is no attempt to recover costs from any negligent parties. The Trust is looking to appoint a loss adjuster to recover smaller claims from third parties.
