About this contract

The Contracting Authority, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), is seeking a supplier to provide a Single eCommercial System that is capable of functionality allowing them to plan, prepare, run and manage procurement's in full compliance with PCR15 and all relevant public procurement legislation and best practice. The range of functionality required from the eCommercial System will include: - planning - sourcing - tender creation, issue and management - tender evaluation - contract award - governance and approvals management - e-auctions - dynamic purchasing systems - data management and reporting - savings management The successful supplier will provide all service elements over the term of the contract. Additional information: The Authority will hold a Skype call with suppliers before the stated tender return deadline. The date, time and access details will be provided to potential suppliers who have registered on Bravo against this opportunity. The notification will be via a Bravo broadcast message. The purpose of the Skype call being to: - talk through the procurement process and requirement - offer an opportunity for potential suppliers to ask questions before the clarification deadline All questions and answers from the Skype call will be captured and shared along with all questions and answers received via Bravo prior to the clarification question deadline.
