About this contract

Corserv Solutions Ltd Infrastructure division are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take shotcrete works on an area of rock on the way down to Fowey, Cornwall under NEC 3 Short Subcontract. Constraints to this scheme • We can only close the road at night and need to re-open it again in the morning. • The road is only around 6m wide in the works location. Not loads of room to form a habitat. • the shotcrete the designer wants to get 300mm thick in areas, though doesn't need to be 300mm in throughout. • The road is enclosed both sides (see photo below from google maps). • The area is approximately 12m wide and 6m high, and up to 300mm thick. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% price.
