Ad hoc repair works will also be included to both hard and soft landscaping throughout the duration of the contract as instructed by the Association which will include, for example, replacement planting of shrubs and trees and renewal of slabbing and fencing, etc. The Association will consider extending the contract for an additional two years, however this will depend on the Contractor satisfactorily fulfilling their contractual commitments, the required level of performance as set out in the KPIs and a suitable adjustment to the contract price being negotiated between the parties.
