Exhibition provider will provide a turnkey package, including: project manage and deliver all aspects of the interpretation including content, fit out, branding, website and software applications, AV content, 3d content, graphics and publications. This contract does not include the production of a multi-media guide, which will be tendered separately. Off-site work to be coordinated with the Main Works contractor during their work on site. Handover of clean, completed site to Exhibition Provider is due to be October 2017. Following prequalification, tender evaluation will be on the basis of a fixed cost for all the works so all tenders will be evaluated only on the quality of their submissions. Details of this will be provided at tender stage. To participate in this procurement, please complete the attached Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and read the associated documents. PQQs must be returned by email to Sarah Cairns: SCairns@dorset.gov.uk no later than 12:00pm on September 19th 2016. Additional information: Clarification Responses: • This project is partly funded by HLF and Permission To Start was gained in July 2015. The rest of the cost of the project is provided by West Dorset District Council and other funders. • Full design has been completed for alterations to the building fabric and outline plans showing proposed works will be included in the tender document. These works are due to start in late autumn 2016. • An interpretation plan incorporating a description of each room of the permanent exhibition will be included in the tender documents but the exhibition provider will be expected to provide a final design of the exhibition.
