About this contract

We are seeking suitably qualified business professionals or organisations, with a proven expertise and credentials in international models of business support and market driven programmes, to; design and develop the business model for the programme; produce a resource plan for the skill sets that the SCR Executive require to deliver this programme be this on an employed and / or retained, specialist consultancy basis; and, develop a detailed options analysis on the form of governance to deliver the above.
