About this contract

Bromley CCG are planning to develop its services for people with Learning Disability and/or autism and we are looking for expressions of interest from potential providers on the types of services that they could provide. We are looking for services for the following groups · Challenging ASD · Challenging Complex LD · Transitioning Children with LD/ASD 14+ We are looking on how you could provide · Individual care packages · Supported housing/accommodation with care packages · Shared accommodation with care · Innovative day services for LD/ASD · Employment packages and training to support LD/ASD We are looking for innovative solutions for complex problems from providers with knowledge, skilled staff and management techniques that support PWLD/ASD in the community.
