About this contract

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to deliver an SEN Disagreement resolution and Mediation Service for Hampshire. The aim of the Service is to assist the Council in delivering its specific statutory duty to provide access to an independent and impartial Disagreement Resolution and Mediation service. The Contract will commence on 1st December 2019 and will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further two years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 15.00 hrs on Friday 4th October 2019.
