About this contract

The South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this selection questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement of Access Control System Upgrade. This document contains important information about the procurement process and the contract that the Authority intends to award. 1.2 The Authority will evaluate the SQ responses and select, at a minimum, the 5 highest scoring bidders (the "Bidders") who will be issued with an invitation to tender (ITT). If less than 5 bidders meet the minimum requirements set out in the SQ, then the authority will issue the ITT to those bidders only. 1.3 The contract will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions. A copy of these terms and conditions and the draft ITT are available at https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/nhs-terms-and-conditions-for-the-supply-of-goods-and-the-provisions-of-services-contract-version.docx You may submit, by no later than the deadline for SQ application as per the Timetable, any queries that you have relating to this SQ. The Authority is using the Atamis e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome. Please therefore submit such queries via the e-Tendering Portal.
