About this contract
NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) intends to commission a Community Wheelchair Service for residents registered with a GP in, or resident within, the London Boroughs of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich. The service will provide assessment, prescription, provision, adjustment, maintenance and review of wheelchairs and associated postural seating equipment for children, young people and adults with long-term mobility and postural needs. The service supports individuals whose mobility limitations impact independence, safety, participation in education or employment, and ability to remain living at home. Market engagement detail: Date: Monday 09 March 2026 Time: 13.30 to 15.00 Location: MS Teams (we will be sending the calendar invite for the event closer to the time.) The market engagement will cover the following: • present the proposed service model • test deliverability • understand workforce and supply chain capacity • Procurement guidance and tips Who should attend?
