About this contract

The University is undertaking a project to establish an Information Technology Operations Centre (ITOC). UoM has a clear vision for the ITOC - it will provide a comprehensive central function for service management monitoring operational maintenance, backup monitoring, change readiness and service impact monitoring, out of hours single worker overwatch, intervention and escalation for major incidents and several other services, eventually providing a 24/7 service. As part of this project, it has been identified that it would be beneficial to conduct soft market testing to ascertain the offerings around ITOC / IT Estate monitoring and management within the market Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
