About this contract

This framework agreement will be a one supplier framework for 4 years with no option to extend. The framework will be owned by Gloucestershire County Council (“the Council”) but open to other users. The Council and the successful contractor will be parties to the Framework Agreement. The Council will allow other users but they must first sign an access agreement prior to calling off the framework agreement. The Framework will be open to the Users listed below: Gloucestershire County Council, District Councils, Parish and Town Councils, schools/academies, libraries, day centres, care homes, fire stations and other public buildings, all public bodies including NHS, universities, colleges mainly within Gloucestershire but may include parts of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire.
