The Staff groups covered within this scope are:<br/><br/>• Nursing<br/>• Additional Clinical Services <br/>• Allied Health Professionals<br/>• Medical and Dental<br/>• Administrative and Clerical <br/>• Estates and Facilities<br/>• Healthcare Scientists<br/><br/>The size of the organisation is 375 substantive teams and 5624 staff members. Temporary workers (bank and agency) also fall into scope. <br/><br/>A rostering solution is being explored that can provide e-Rostering for Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups.
