Southend-on-Sea City Council are seeking to appoint a Multi-Disciplined Landscape Consultancy to carry out RIBA Design Stages 2-7 for the delivery of several parks and play improvements across the city. The Consultancy is required to design and deliver an outstanding parks project to various parks across the city which will involve landscape, civil, horticultural and ecological works.
