About this contract
Scaffolding Services Additional information: On 05th May 2015, whg advertised the contract on the Housing Procurement Portal and Contracts Finder. Only Tenderers, which meet the necessary minimum standards required under the suitability assessment, will have their bids considered further. The assessment includes an evaluation of bidders suitability, capability, legal status and financial standing. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Regulation 111 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). This Invitation to Tender (ITT) and supporting documentation is designed to ensure that all Tenderers are given equal and fair consideration in bidding. It is important therefore that you provide all the information asked for in the format and order specified. Please make contact if you have any doubt as to what is required or will have difficulty in providing the information required in order to bid. Tenderers should read these instructions carefully before completing their Bid. Any failure to comply with the requirements for completion and submission of Bids may result in the rejection of the Bid. Tenderers should therefore acquaint themselves fully with the extent and nature of the Initiative and this ITT which sets out the bidding conditions. By participating in the bidding process the Tenderer confirms acceptance of these conditions of bidding. whg is committed to the deployment of e-tendering methodology. This ITT process will be managed via our electronic tendering solution hosted by Due North (referred to as The Housing Procurement Portal). All document exchange and communication between whg and selected bidders will always be via the system. The system provides a secure, auditable and efficient method of exchanging information and documents between the parties. The contract reference number is 9URJ-SLAMXX. The Tenderer must provide the Client with all necessary assistance to allow it to fulfil its statutory duties under TUPE. Under the Contract Documents, the Tenderer must indemnify the Client against TUPE risks. whg reserves the right to issue amendments or modifications to this ITT during the Bid period. These will be issued electronically to all Tenderers simultaneously and Tenderers will be assumed to have taken account of any such modifications and amendments in their Bids. In the event that additional information or alterations are required to the ITT documents prior to the ITT closing date, whg will upload / send such amendments or supplements to all Tenderers electronically thus ensuring a fair and transparent process. Please also ensure that any requested documents are uploaded to the system with your submission.
