About this contract
Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for SBS Project Men's Engagement Training. Hampshire County Council (The Council) is part of an EU-funded project called Step by Step (SBS). The aim of the project is to improve men's health and wellbeing and is focused on developing a new model of community health and wellbeing. The Council is seeking a Provider to deliver Men's Engagement training, involved in the SBS project. The provider will develop a Men's Engagement training package and supporting Digital Marketing Toolkit in line with the Specification. The focus of men's engagement training will be on developing knowledge, understanding and skills that attendees can then use to improve the marketing of their activities/services in order to increase engagement from men. There should be an emphasis on practical skills and ensuring attendees leave the training with confidence. Men's Marketing and Engagement Training will be based the following principles; o Bespoke to men, using language that engages men o Evidence-based o Focus on how skills can be used on a practical basis within a male-focused environment o Provide access to a range of resources that can be used to guide and support marketing activities within the attendees own group or organisation. Total contract value is up to ?15,000. The Contract will commence on 15th June 2019 and will be for a period of 1 year and 6 months.
