About this contract

Slough Borough Council are seeking one provider who can sub-contract as required to be responsible for developing and delivering an innovative integrated Children's Public Health Prevention, Promotion and Protection Service for the 0-19 year old population in Slough, extended to those with SEND aged up to 25 years of age The core purpose of the service is to lead the Healthy Child Programme (0-19(25) giving every child the best start in life which is crucial to reducing health inequalities across the life course. The provider will need to demonstrate that they have the knowledge, innovation and ability to deliver services that meet the needs of a diverse population. The contract will be three years plus two extensions of one year.
