Roofing Scheme at Molyneux Shopping Parade, Prescot. The shopping parade is located on Molyneux Drive and can be accessed from it. The shopping parade is a three storey building with commercial properties to the ground floor with covered outbuildings to the rear and residential maisonettes above. The building is brick build with a pitched roof with clay tiles. The selected supplier MUST be an approved supplier of TriFlex ProTect Waterproofing System to ensure that the 25-year warranty is valid for the installed roofing system. Proof is required of approved TriFlex installer status.
