About this contract

The Bernicia Group are renewing their contract for a specialist to complete Roofing Repairs and Maintenance which falls within our responsive repairs and voids works framework. We are looking to procure the services on competent contractors, to work in partnership with Bernicia's Property & Construction Division. This contract will be split into three lots, Area 1, Area 2, and Area 3. Bidders will be permitted to bid for 1 or more lots and our intention is to award to a minimum of 1 contractor per lot.
