About this contract

STAR Housing are inviting bids from Service Providers who can provide a roofing replacement and associated services to its 4,200 properties within the Oswestry, Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury areas. The work will include replacing roof coverings to pitched and flat roofs (including fasciae and soffits and rainwater goods), repointing of properties, chimneys (including removal of chimneys) during roofing works.
