Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake the replacement of the roof to the Humber Building at East Croft Deport The Contract is being procured by Nottingham City Homes with an anticipated 6 weeks Contract Period and a proposed start on site of 28th October 2019 Pricing must remain firm and fixed for the duration of the contract and must not be subject to any variation. Supplier must understand that predicting volumes and overall values for work is difficult and no guarantee is given regarding continuity or overall value and supplier will, therefore, not be entitled to claim for loss of profit, or any other costs resulting from an alteration in the scope or volume.
