Multi Lot Tender Lot 1 - Whitby Road - Ruislip, HA4 9 (9 blocks) Lot 2 - Shawfield Court - West Drayton UB7 7QD (4 adjoined blocks) Lot 3 - Combined Price for all Lots (1&2) JCT ICD 2016 edition with the Schedule of Amendments. Contracts for each Lot will be awarded individually, or all to one bidder under Lot 3 - Combined Lots, depending on what is deemed the most economically advantageous option for the London Borough of Hillingdon.
