About this contract

Reestablishment of the roof membrane on the balcony on the eastern side of Building 40. The office below is now unusable due to mould and damp because of water intrusion. A large section of the office floor cannot be used as office space or any other working space as it is dangerous to human health. Outdoor work 1 Temporary cover of balcony 2 Installation of temporary drainage from the mansard 3 Replacement of broken bricks along cornices 4 Plaster on bricks along cornices and other repairs 5 Disassembly of roof membrane 6 New two-layer roof membrane including drainage, flashing etc. - Indoor work - 7 Dismantling and reinstallation of ventilation unit, radiators, electrics etc. 8 Separation of room, setting up negative pressure, air purifiers etc. 9 Removal and reestablishment of wall plaster on exterior walls m 10 Removing ceilings of wooden boards and replacing with plaster ceiling 11 Removal of mould from construction surfaces 12 Dehumidification of exterior walls pcs 13 Insulation of ceilings with calsiumsilicate boards 14 Suspended ceiling 15 Lighting fixtures 16 Installation of new carpet incl. Panels 18 Security checks, workplace preparation, welfare measures etc.
