However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. To deliver, install, commission and maintain a Robotic Pharmacy Dispensing System as detailed within the specification. 2.6.At the time of issuing this notice and for the purposes of lot 1, it is the intention of North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust to award a Contract within the current financial year (2017/18). Approval to award a contract requires Executive Board approval which has not yet been granted. Installation works will not commence prior to April 2018. For the purposes of lot 2, it is the intention of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to award a Contract within the 2017/18 financial year (to 31 March 2018) but it is not expected that installation works will commence prior to the beginning of April 2018. Potentially enabling works may begin at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust prior to April 2018 if payments can be deferred until post 2018
