About this contract

Contractors are invited to submit their tenders based on a lump sum fixed price for the works as described, for the refurbishment of the empty property, 22 Braeside, which is a three bedroomed house, located in New Haw, Surrey. The work comprises: The refurbishment of this semi-detached BISF steel frame constructed 2 storey house, comprising removal and disposal of all internal walls, inner skin of external walls, re-instatement of walls, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system, rear access to garden from proposed kitchen and decoration.
