About this contract

Runnymede Borough Council on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake construction works to renovate and refurbish toilets and washrooms at Knowle Green Council Offices. The works comprise alterations to existing toilets and washrooms including the creation of new disabled toilets, washrooms and baby changing facility, new entrances and renovation of existing walls, floor and ceiling finishes, electrical and mechanical services installations and drainage alterations.
