About this contract

Leicestershire County Council is seeking to enter into a contractual arrangement with a suitable organisation for the distribution of its magazine-style journal 'Leicestershire Matters,' which is to be delivered to all homes (currently approx 310,000 residential properties) in Leicestershire (Excluding Leicester City). Delivery to business premises is not required. The initial requirement is to distribute up to six issues, but the Council reserves the right to extend the contract for up to a further three deliveries. The Services will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend the Contract upon expiry of the initial period, for a further period or number of periods of up to 1 year.
