About this contract

DEFRA wish to accommodate an additional tea point and WC's on the first floor of the detached annexe building at Richard Fairclough House, Warrington, Cheshire, WA41HT. In addition, DEFRA also wish to accommodate a platform lift within the same building. The proposed project will involve potential alterations, to the existing internal building layout and services, in order to accommodate the proposed additional facilities.
