About this contract
SCDC are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide A Revenues Digital Transformation Software Solution (RDTSS) that will utilise a set of electronic tools to allow members of the public to submit their information and automatically update the information held in the Council’s Revenues System (Civica Open Revenues). The expected value of the contract is above the EU Thresholds and so this procurement is subject to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will be conducted using an open procedure. Bidders must ensure that all software, expertise, resources, materials, hardware and software required are immediately available, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and not a bespoke software development . The software must also be an end to end turnkey solution, not requiring any additional work by SCDC in order for it to work following the installation of the software by the successful Bidder. The expected contract term is for an initial 5 year term with the option to extend each and every year for a further 3 years. The RDTSS will need to be fully operational and live before the end of September 2017.
