About this contract

The Contract will comprise undertaking day to day responsive repairs and maintenance, voids maintenance, gas servicing and maintenance and planned maintenance. The contract is divided into 3 lots: 1: London (West); 2: London (Central & North); 3: Outside London. The Contract will be Term Alliance Contact TAC-1. This PIN seeks to establish the market interest and capability to undertake the required services with Applicants required to complete a short survey as further detailed in this notice.
