About this contract

Newport City Homes are looking to procure Responsive Maintenance Services under a new 4 year Framework. The Framework will consist of the following lots; Lot 1 Electrical Lot 2 Gas, Plumbing & Installations Lot 3 Roofing Lot 4 Major & Minor Reactive Works Lot 5 Drainage & Underground Services It is anticipated that services will commence on 6th July 2019.
