About this contract

UCL is planning to procure an external evaluator for the EDUCATE Programme. UCL has opted for the programme to be evaluated using the counterfactual impact evaluation (CIE) method of comparison, and is confident that this will ensure quality and impartiality of the evaluation process. The evaluation of the project will be conducted within the European Regional Development Fund 2014 to 2020 summative assessment guidance, using an approved evaluation template and logic model. The specification detailing UCL's full requirements is set out in Schedule 2 ("Specification") and should be read before Bidders begin to respond to this RFP.
