About this contract

The work comprises of the complete replacement of the exisiting City Treasury Building Lift. The existing lift shaft is to be re-used. The capacity of the lift will be 10 person 750kg with the lift doors remaining in the same position. The Main Contractor will allow for all builders' work in conjunction with the installation and shall be fully advised by the specialist contractor. The Contractor shall allow for full removal and disposal of all redundant equipment/materials of the existing lift installation and the renewal as detailed below in the Specification.
