About this contract

The project comprises the replacement of the existing 1970 Bonar, Long & Co. 750KVA transformer located in an external compound in the Industrial zone at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury. In addition, a Ring Main Unit is to be provided to serve the new transformer and allow for future extension of the HV infrastructure at that end of the site. This replaces an existing HV switch which has already been removed and temporary cabling installed in anticipation of this project. It is the intention that this project be completed at the latest by the mid of October 2018
