Darrel Charles Court ,Park Road,Uxbridge , UB7 8PL - is a Sheltered Accommodation scheme. There are shared facilities include; laundry, lounge and kitchen and hairdresser, a) The heating plant room is located on the Ground Floor at the rear of the building. There is only external access to the plant room. The Heating and Hot Water Services must be maintained during the refurbishment works with exception of 2 days for changeover to back up system and change back to new system. These actions will take place between 9.00am - 5.00pm The works shall include all of the works described within the specification documents (Part 1 & 2). This specification shall be read in conjunction with the Employers Requirements, schedules, supplementary documents and any drawing issued which defines the requirements of the proposed works to enable the Contractor to: a) Prepare and submit a proposal for the Works. b) Undertake construction and completion of the works. The Works include, but are not limited to the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and hand-over of a complete boiler system and the provision of certification, O&M Manuals and training to the Council's Representatives in charge of the schemes. SITE VISITS ARE MANDATORY. YOUR TENDER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOU HAVE NOT ATTENDED SITE AT THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project but has instead invited all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
