About this contract

Contract award to Mobysoft Ltd to implement repairs analytics software for the service. There are heightened and increasing obligations placed on landlords to better manage repairs in homes and we are subject to a new regulatory framework. Repair Sense is a unique, predictive analytics solution that is going to provide real time insight into Enfield's repairs performance and be able to highlight where Repeat Jobs are occurring which will present an opportunity for early intervention which will reduce repairs volumes, lead times, increase customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
