About this contract

The existing roof is pitched with corrugated profiled sheet covering with curved sheets feeding directly to wall cladding. Allow for cut edge repair treatment of roof sheet where it shows corrosion & treatment of corrosion of fasteners. Allow for cleaning of cladding. Allow for safe access. See attached document for photos. Minor repair & repointing of brickwork - some sections of the first 2 courses of brickwork require some repointing, due to rain splash back.
